Astra Furniture places a high importance of the manufacturing of our product, which is supported by a 5 year structural guarantee.  Our furniture is solid Blackwood timber with close scrutiny provided in colour and grain matching.  There is no use of veneer timbers.

Our doors and tops are feature grade solid Blackwood.  Our furniture is produced using mortice and tenor joins, all panels are constructed with a tongue and groove finish.  Drawers are constructed using dovetail joins and all drawers are felt lined and fitted with ball bearing runners.  Chair and table legs have design features.  Chairs are available in solid wood or upholstered with a piping finish.  Units have castors for ease of movement.
